Authors Guidelines

Oral Presentations

• Each oral presentation slot is allocated 20 minutes.
• We suggest authors structure their time as follows:
• 15 minutes presentation
• 3 minutes for questions and answers (Q&A)
• 2 minutes for speaker transition and technical logistics.

• Authors are kindly requested to upload their presentations (in .pptx or .pdf format) to this Google Drive folder, placing them in the correct session folder and using the following file naming convention:
  • Surname_Session.pptx (or .pdf).

Poster Presentations

• All posters must strictly adhere to the following specifications:
  • Format: A0
  • Orientation: Portrait (Vertical)
  • Dimensions: 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height)
